Terms of delivery

1. General terms

The minimum order value is 25,00 EUR plus delivery charge. The orders under this value will not be accepted.


2. Terms of delivery

We go ahead with your order immediately, or, at the very latest, on the following working day after receipt of your order. The merchandise will generally be sent off within 3-4 days, provided that there are currently sufficient quantities on hand to meet the requirement.


3. Postage and packing costs

3.1 For every order within Germany we charge a general delivery charge of 7.50 EUR (up to 30,5 kg). This general charge includes processing, selection, product control, packing and the delivery charges of the carrier.

3.2 The delivery costs for the consignments over 30,5 kg and for bulky goods will be calculated separately in accordance with the real expences.

3.3 For deliveries outside Germany a supplement will be charged. The supplement can vary from country to country.

3.4 For deliveries outside Europe (by air mail) the freight costs will be separately calculated. The order can only be proceeded after the order confirmation. Please note that for deliveries abroad customs duty may be charged. To check the delivery costs do not hesitate to contact us before you send off the order!


4. Delays

If there is any delay in the delivery of goods we will inform you by email or by phone.


5. Additional deliveries

If any part of your order is not immediately available the goods will be delivered later free of charge.


6. Reservation

We reserve the right to provide goods of the same quality and price, or to not supply the agreed order if the goods are not available.



Payment

1. Credit card

Payment information will be sent to your credit card company when debiting payment.


2. Direct Debit

The ammount will be charged at the day we deliver the ordered goods.


3. Cash on delivery

If you have choosen the payment type "cash on delivery" please ensure, that you do have the correct ammount available at home or the delivery address. The german post will charge a fee of € 3,00 for this type of delivery. Except not yet completely delivered orders.


4. Prepayment

In certain circumstances we insist in prepayment. You will have to prepay the bill before the good will leave stock.


5. Invoice

You will receive your invoice with the parcel. Please transfer the whole brutto ammount within 10 days on one of our bank accounts.



Cancellation

1. General

An order can be cancelled within two weeks of receipt of goods. The cancellation must be carried out in writing, either by email, fax, letter, or by return of goods. If the goods are sent back in good time, then this fulfils the conditions of the period of notice and no explanation of the reason is required.


2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

2.1 Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

2.2 Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature or because they decay quickly or because they have passed their sell-by date (flowers, perishable foods, etc.). Goods like wine, tea and coffee are not exempt.

2.3 Audio or video recordings and software, if, and as soon as, the seal of the delivered data media has been opened by the customer.


3. Cancellation of contract

If the right to withdraw is exercised within the agreed period, then the contract is cancelled. Any goods that have already been delivered must be returned or paid. If you have arranged financing when concluding a contract for goods or services, then this is also cancelled. Any payments already received will be reimbursed by bank transfer.


4. Returns

In the event of a cancellation, please send the goods to the following address:

Please enclose a copy of the invoice or packaging list, to ensure a quick and smooth processing of the returned sending. Please note if you either would like to have a refund or a credit note.

Please ensure that any returns have adequate postage, unless the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered or unless the price of the order is more than 500 EUR. In the event of a cancellation, you are obliged to return the delivered goods within two weeks after the execution of the cancellation, if the cancellation has not already been executed by the return of the goods.



Security

1. SSL encryption

We protect the transmission of your data using a secure SSL connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security technology that ensures that your personal data is securely transferred via the Internet.


2. Encrypted data

The following data will be encrypted: personal details (name, address etc.), selected method of payment, credit card and account information.


3. Cookies

Cookies are not required when making purchases from our online shop.



Data Protection

1. General

Your customer details are required in order to process the order. These will be saved and used. This use is based upon the relevant data protection provision of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the
Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).


2. Disclosure of customer details

In order to process and deliver your order, we will pass on your details only to the respective delivery company.


3. Additional services

3.1 We require your permission before providing any additional services (newsletter) due to the above-mentioned acts. This permission can be cancelled at any time in our online shop, by email or by telephone.

3.2 Regular information (newsletter): if you order the newsletter, we will send it to you by email at regular intervals in order to inform you of news and special offers. The newsletter can be easily cancelled via an option within the newsletter.
